The country is currently a-buzz with the broadcast of the KFC-sponsored SOS Children’s Villages Our House series, and it is with heartfelt appreciation that we thank you for your specific involvement.
Not only do we value the time which you have invested in this national initiative (which has raised the profile of the series), but also the ensuing hope and excitement, which your presence has brought to each of our children.
Michael approached the Centre for Creative Industries after viewing marketing collateral for the Arts Design Digital Music Expo (ADD ME). Centre staff were impressed by the entrepreneurial nature of his proposal to photograph the event and was soon contracted.
ADD ME was a complex event that took place on two stages at Federation Square over a nine-hour period. Disciplines featured included dance, fashion parades, rock bands and a static display, among others.
During the event, I was encouraged by the willingness of Michael to accommodate our needs and photograph what was required for various stakeholders, including marketing personal, sponsors and volunteers. Michael was extremely flexible, responsive, and worked independently on the day, which meant that production staff could concentrate on other aspects of event planning.
The quality of photographs produced by Michael was very impressive. He captured the essence of the event with creativity, flair and ingenuity.
